The following pesticide information is provided by the

Pesticide
Registration.
On April 8 WSDA did adopt a rule change that
increased the allowable size for fumigant temporary
field storage tank from 2,500 to 10,000
gallons. (See PNN notification 2003-32, sent 2/28.) Due to
comments received during the rulemaking
process, WSDA has decided to withdraw the proposed
change to WAC 16-229-200 that would have
added the requirement for keeping an attached inspection
log for each temporary field storage
tank.
