The following pesticide information is provided
by the Pesticide Notification Network, a system operated by Washington State
University's
Pesticide Information
Center, for the Washington State Commission on Pesticide
Registration.
On October 6, WSDA issued a letter canceling SLN
WA-030029. This SLN had recently been issued to
Crompton for the use of Comite on
potatoes. The SLN cancellation is related to the buffer negotiations
in the "List of 54" lawsuit. Once buffer
zones have been set as a result of this case, it is likely that
WSDA will reissue this SLN (however, it
will carry a new SLN number). WSDA is anticipating three
similar SLNs
cancellations.
