WSDA is proposing a rule change to WAC 16-201 (the Fertilizer Bulk Storage and Operational Area
Containment rules). The proposed change would keep the time limit for temporary field storage at 21
days. Under the current rules, this time will decrease to 14 days on March 1, 2004. Anyone interested
in commenting on this proposed action should contact Ted Maxwell via phone: 360-902-2023; fax:
360-902-2093; or e-mail: tmaxwell@agr.wa.gov.
The information contained in this notification is not to be used as a substitute for obtaining and reading pesticide labels. Information

The Pesticide Information Center also operates a Web page containing current pesticide registration and label information. The Pesticide
